P.E.A.K Athletes
The Parisi PEAK Program was created for serious athletes who aspire to compete at the collegiate, Olympic or professional level. Delivered in semi-private sessions, this program identifies the skills that are necessary for an athlete to reach their potential at a specific sport and provides them with the training necessary to help them reach their goals. The P.E.A.K. program has been proven to help athletes:
• Run their fastest sprint time ever
• Increase their vertical jump
• Break their all-time max lift
• Maximize their agility
• Improve flexibility
• Recover faster
Make the adjustments that make major differences in athletic performance, strengthen muscle groups and correct any imbalances.
At this levels sports nutrition, guidance in goals setting, self-discipline, and mental toughness are all incorporated to help form the whole athlete.
