Jerome Boyer
Program Director

Jerome has been a performance coach since 2023. As a multi-sport athlete, his athletic journey began with several years of varsity soccer at the middle and high school levels, where he developed a solid foundation in speed, footwork, and endurance. He later competed as a Division I sprinter at Rider University, contributing to multiple conference championships and earning All-East honors. His background in elite sprinting and team relays brings a high-performance standard and technical precision to his coaching. Jerome’s energy, attention to detail, and ability to connect with athletes make him a powerful force in helping youth and competitive athletes reach their peak potential.

Jerome began his leadership career as the Program Director at Parisi Speed School at NJAC, where he led athlete development, managed daily operations, and worked directly with families and local teams to grow the program. Under his direction, the program served hundreds of athletes and gained a reputation for building both speed and character. His ability to mentor athletes while also running a business set the foundation for his current role. Kellie Robbins

Performance Coach

Kellie is passionate about helping student-athletes unlock their full potential by pushing them beyond their perceived limits. With a background as a completive cheerleader and a former student-athlete in both cheerleading and basketball, Kellie understands the unique challenges athletes face in striving for excellence. She spent seven years competing at the national level with her cheer team, gaining invaluable experience that laid the foundation for her future in coaching and performance training. This setback led her to discover her true passion for coaching, where she could empower others to reach their highest potential both physically and mentally.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Exercise and Sports Science and Performance Programming at Arizona State University, Kellie is dedicated to continuously expanding her knowledge to better support athletes in their growth. She believes in the power of mindset, discipline, and hard work, and she is committed to helping each athlete achieve success beyond what they thought was possible.
